Senior Digital Marketing Executive (VN) Senior Digital Marketing Executive (VN): Drive Meta paid social ROI, craft data-driven campaigns, collaborate with design, and align offline events with online growth. We usually respond within three days JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Paid Social Advertising (Core Focus) Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on conversions and ROI. Monitor daily performance, analyze key metrics, and continuously improve campaigns through A/B testing and data-driven optimization. Develop and refine audience strategies, including custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting. Identify performance bottlenecks and take proactive actions to improve results. Prepare clear performance reports with actionable insights. Execute Tiktok, SEM & PPC ads if required Creative Direction & Ideation Propose and develop creative ideas, angles, and messaging for ad campaigns. Work with designers/content creators to produce effective ad creatives (visuals, videos, copy). Provide feedback and iterate on creatives based on performance data. Events & Offline Support Support the planning and execution of offline events and brand activations. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution. Assist in managing logistics and ensuring brand consistency across offline touchpoints. Collaboration Work closely with the Marketing Manager and internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Contribute market insights to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign strategy. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, with a strong focus on performance optimization. Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions. Creative mindset with a strong understanding of what drives engagement and conversions Experience working with designers or content teams is preferred. Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. Experience supporting offline events or working with vendors is a plus. Bonus: Experience managing marketing vendors/agencies.
