From social media and events to print and digital campaigns, you'll shape how audiences across the Netherlands, Germany, and beyond experience our brand. It's a role that spans channels and cuts across teams, no two weeks look the same, and no single medium tells the whole story. You'll thrive here if you move fast on ideas, bring structure to a lot of moving pieces, and want your creativity to have real, visible impact. 🔧 What You’ll Take On In your role, you will: Own and grow ViCentra's (Kaleido's) presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with content that's relevant, visually strong, and true to our voice. Create compelling copy and visuals that bring ViCentra's brand identity and messaging to life across every channel. Coordinate the production, stock, and distribution of printed marketing materials for sales teams in the Netherlands, Germany, and other regions. Help plan and run online and offline events, from webinars to trade shows, that put ViCentra's brand front and center. Support digital marketing activities, including website updates, newsletters, and email campaigns, alongside the Digital & Customer Engagement team. Partner with creative agencies, printers, and suppliers to keep every deliverable on time and on brand. Keep materials and communications consistent with ViCentra's brand guidelines and tone of voice, and track social and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite. Collaborate closely with sales, customer care, and product teams to align communications with company priorities. Keep planning calendars, marketing assets, and content libraries organized and accessible, and bring fresh ideas that keep our storytelling sharp. 📌 What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2 - 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media management. Strong command of English and Dutch or German, both written and verbal. Hands-on experience managing social media platforms; LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Proficiency with creative and marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp, or Hootsuite. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment is a plus.
