This hands-on role will support paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and account-based advertising across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

The ideal candidate is a performance-driven B2B marketer who combines strong campaign execution skills with analytical thinking. Working as part of the advertising team and under the direction of the advertising lead, this person will support audience and keyword development, collaborate on ad creatives and landing pages, execute tests, monitor campaign performance, and recommend practical optimizations within established strategies and budgets.

About us

TeamMate solutions help audit, risk, compliance, controls and GRC teams drive efficiency, insight, and value. This role will help expand TeamMate’s digital reach, engage priority audiences, and support growth across the audit, governance, risk, compliance, and information security markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the planning, setup, launch, and ongoing optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display, retargeting, and other relevant B2B channels
  • Execute campaigns based on the advertising strategy, channel plans, budgets, target audiences, and performance goals
  • Conduct keyword research and support paid search execution, including campaign structure, ad copy, bidding adjustments, negative keywords, quality score, and search-term optimization
  • Build and refine B2B audiences using job function, seniority, industry, company size, geography, account lists, website behavior, and first-party data
  • Monitor campaign budgets and pacing, identify potential issues or opportunities, and recommend adjustments
  • Collaborate with content, creative, product marketing, and web teams to develop effective ad copy, visual assets, offers, and landing-page experiences
  • Set up and run A/B tests across audiences, messaging, creative, formats, offers, bidding approaches, and landing pages
  • Implement and maintain campaign tracking, including UTMs, conversion actions, pixels, platform events, naming conventions, and pre-launch quality assurance
  • Monitor and report on paid media performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rate, cost per click, conversion rate, cost per lead, lead quality, influenced pipeline, and return on investment
  • Analyze campaign results and provide concise insights and recommendations to improve targeting, creative, conversion, and investment efficiency
  • Work with regional marketing teams to execute localized campaigns while following global brand, messaging, tracking, and governance standards
  • Support coordination with media partners, agencies, and platform representatives
  • Stay current on paid media platform changes, privacy requirements, measurement practices, and emerging B2B advertising opportunities, and share relevant updates with the team

About you

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field
  • 5 + years of hands-on paid digital advertising experience, ideally in B2B software or SaaS
  • Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising campaigns from planning through optimization and reporting
  • Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, audience segmentation, account-based marketing, and full-funnel demand generation
  • Demonstrate a forward-thinking mindset by proactively exploring, testing, and evaluating emerging advertising platforms and opportunities, such as OpenAI and Reddit, to expand audience reach, drive engagement, and optimize campaign performance
  • Experience monitoring media budgets, pacing investment, forecasting performance, and making data-based recommendations
  • Working knowledge of conversion tracking, UTMs, pixels, tag management, attribution, and campaign quality assurance
  • Ability to analyze complex campaign data and communicate clear, practical recommendations to both marketing and business stakeholders
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment, with the ability to improve ad messaging and contribute to effective digital assets
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, regions, and stakeholders
  • Collaborative team member who can take ownership of assigned work and partner effectively with cross-functional and remote teams
  • Experience with landing-page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization is preferred
  • Familiarity with privacy-conscious advertising, consent requirements, and regional data protection considerations is preferred
  • Experience in audit, risk management, information security, compliance, or GRC is a plus
