Overview:

Senior Digital Media Advisor



Leads development and execution of digital strategy and user experience across web, social and mobile channels aligned with the company's strategic plan and initiatives. Partners with teams across the growing company in the development of innovative digital solutions that align with strategic market goals and initiatives, digital trends and technology. This individual serves as a subject matter expert for digital strategy and techniques.


Educates and advises others on appropriate use of digital solutions including market segmentation, prospecting, lead generation, customer acquisition and development.


Creates and influences a team environment that encourages cooperation, collective problem-solving, and participative decision-making. 6-8 or more years of related experience required. Experience includes advancing digital strategy across web, mobile and social channels required.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Experience

Define and lead omnichannel digital strategy aligned with enterprise goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Drive experience-led solutions across web, mobile, and social platforms, ensuring consistency, usability, and measurable impact.
Apply user-centered design principles and data insights to optimize customer journeys and engagement.


Cross-Functional Partnership

Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Engineering, IT, and Customer Operations to design and deliver scalable digital capabilities.
Translate business, market, and customer requirements into clear digital strategies and prioritized initiatives.
Act as a digital enabler by supporting technology and operations teams in the execution of marketing and experience-related solutions.


Growth, Segmentation & Acquisition


Advise stakeholders on best practices for digital audience segmentation, and lifecycle development.
Leverage performance insights and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Ensure digital strategies align with healthcare regulatory considerations and customer trust requirements.


Thought Leadership & Enablement


Serve as a subject matter expert on digital strategy, tools, and techniques; educate and influence teams across the organization.
Promote modern digital practices, experimentation, and continuous learning aligned with industry trends.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment that values shared ownership, problem-solving, and data-informed decision-making.


Market & Competitive Insights


Monitor competitive landscape, customer expectations, and digital trends to inform strategy and roadmap decisions.
Provide strategic recommendations that balance innovation, scalability, and operational readiness.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications


  • 6–8 years of experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, or customer experience leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing digital strategies across web and mobile channels (public-facing/authenticated experiences).
  • Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, retail or similar
  • Strong experience partnering with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-centric problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Prior business strategy, customer experience, or product management experience for large scale digital applications and mobile technology
  • Experience leading or supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
  • Familiarity with data-driven optimization, experimentation, and performance measurement.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus




We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $69,160.00 - $103,313.60 annually.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
