- Paid Advertising (SEM & Paid Social)
- Plan, build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant ad platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, TikTok, Bing, programmatic).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform targeting strategy.
- Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximise ROI and meet cost-per-lead / cost-per-acquisition targets.
- Run structured A/B testing across creative, copy, landing pages, and audiences.
- Write and coordinate ad copy and creative briefs consistent with each brand's positioning.
- Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies for each brand's website.
- Perform keyword research, content gap analysis, and SEO-driven content planning.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and site health; recommend and implement improvements.
- Support content production (blogs, landing pages, resource pages) optimised for search intent.
- Design, build, and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automated nurture sequences.
- Segment databases and personalise messaging across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, nurture, retention, win-back).
- Monitor deliverability, open, click, and conversion rates; continuously optimise.
- Identify, test, and scale emerging channels and mediums (e.g., short-form video, AI-assisted content, chat/conversational marketing, new ad formats and platforms).
- Apply AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency in content creation, campaign optimisation, analysis, and reporting.
- Keep the client informed of relevant digital marketing trends and opportunities.
- Strictly adhere to each brand's branding guidelines (tone of voice, visual identity, messaging).
- Ensure all marketing output complies with the client's compliance guidelines and applicable financial services advertising regulations (e.g., responsible lending messaging, required disclaimers, approval workflows).
- Submit campaigns and creative for compliance review where required before publication.
- Set up and maintain tracking and attribution (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs, CRM integration).
- Deliver regular performance reports (weekly/monthly) covering agreed KPIs: lead volume, lead quality, CPL/CPA, conversion rates, ROAS, organic growth, and email engagement.
- Translate data into insights and clear recommendations; own the optimisation cycle.
- Meet or exceed agreed KPI requirements set with the client for each brand.
- Perform basic website updates and maintenance (e.g., WordPress content updates, landing page builds, simple HTML/CSS edits).
- Coordinate with developers/designers for larger changes as needed.
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience across paid media, SEO, and email.
- Demonstrated experience marketing financial services products (e.g., lending, mortgages, investments, wealth) and familiarity with the compliance sensitivities involved.
- Strong, up-to-date grasp of modern online marketing concepts, platform changes, and best practices.
- Practical experience implementing AI tools in marketing workflows (content, optimisation, analysis).
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush/Ahrefs), and email platforms.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills with attention to brand voice.
- Highly self-managed, accountable, and comfortable working fully remote with an outcomes-based mindset.
- Data-driven with the ability to build clear reports and act on insights.
- Basic website development and maintenance skills (HTML, CSS, WordPress).
- Experience working across multiple brands or in an agency/multi-client environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Design capability (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe suite) for light creative production.
