Reset your expectations of a health and wellness agency. From our inception, Fingerpaint has been driven by an unstoppable collective spirit of possibility. It’s that curiosity that’s at the heart of everything we do. From our legendary people-first culture to the hundreds of Fingerpainters who define us, we’ve reimagined what it means to be a healthcare and wellness advertising agency. Here, creativity happens naturally—we attract top talent and collaborate.
We are looking for a Senior Digital Producer to join our team!
What you'll be doing:
Define and track multichannel digital projects for small to medium clients.
Define and track schedules and assignments for small to medium digital projects, and assist on Omnichannel projects, using management tools such as Jira, Workamajig, Confluence, and standup documents.
Define, track, and document functional requirements for small to medium development projects.
Own the MarTech estimation process, providing the level of effort and time required for small to medium digital projects and Omni projects.
Define and track tasks, dependencies, priorities, and milestones, and manage assigned internal and external resources to completion.
Attend, take notes, and send recaps after internal DP-led project meetings, and contribute meeting notes to PM-driven meetings.
Ensure MarTech best practices are being followed and steps are not being missed.
Define and track Jira epics and sub-tasks for assigned projects, and ensure all sub-tasks are complete before handoff.
Review proof routes and provide feedback and guidance so MarTech best practices are followed and digital tactics align with the project brief.
Define and track communication streams with internal teams, the client, data providers, and third-party development teams.
Define and track the development process with internal teams, the client, data providers, and third-party development teams through the project lifecycle.
Take an active role in project meetings — provide insight and answers and call out issues or open questions.
Participate actively in client calls as needed, providing insight, identifying potential issues, and answering questions on behalf of the MarTech team.
Partner with project managers to develop, manage, and maintain digital project timelines, and own timeline revisions as needs and requirements change.
Drive the work with the project team — keep the team on task, identify and remove blockers, and ensure everyone understands assignments, due dates, and priorities while staying on budget.
Proactively monitor and track project burn across your projects, and flag over-pacing across Data Engineering, Development, Digital Delivery, Marketing Automation, and Quality Assurance.
Work directly with Project Management on project finances, flagging out-of-scope requests and driving change scopes.
Interface with client brand and IT project stakeholders as needed to facilitate project needs.
Drive the work with internal partners to develop digital marketing tactics, and present work to the agency team and the client.
Build trusting partnerships with internal and external partners, including Account, PM, SMEs, Finance, clients, agency partners, data providers, and third-party development vendors.
Take ownership of small to medium development projects after handoff to the development team.
Partner with PM to coordinate internal and external reviews through the production and development phases.
Partner with internal, client, and third-party development teams through the development phase, ensuring all dev tickets are accurate, addressed, and resolved.
Partner with the QA team during the QA/UAT phase, ensuring QA tickets are accurate, addressed, and resolved.
Department-Specific Skills
Advanced understanding of digital production and digital tactics: emails, interactive sales aids, complex web development, estimating, planning, and managing digital work, and managing internal and external clients and third-party vendors.
Advanced understanding of key web, mobile, SMS, and email development and design best practices.
Advanced understanding of Veeva CRM and RTE.
Working understanding of omnichannel programs, sufficient to support Omni projects led by others.
Advanced understanding of ADA and WCAG standards and best practices.
Advanced understanding of requirements gathering.
Advanced understanding of the QA/UAT process.
Advanced understanding of the digital development lifecycle and project management methods and tools, with a solid understanding of relevant software technologies.
A team player with strong time-management skills, the ability to motivate others to deliver excellence, and poise and focus under pressure.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, Workamajig, and Jira.
Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) and how to apply them to day-to-day production work — meeting recaps, ticket and requirements drafting, documentation, and QA support — to create efficiencies.
Able to thrive and lead in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What Success Looks Like
MarTech projects you own land on time, on budget, and on brief — with no surprises escalated late.
Missed steps and best-practice gaps get caught by you before proof routes or development handoff.
Your estimates and timelines hold up, and revisions are proactive rather than reactive.
Jira epics, sub-tasks, and requirements are complete enough that dev and QA rarely come back for clarification.
Internal partners and clients look to you in meetings because you bring answers, not just status.
Digital Producers around you get better because of your mentorship on tickets and process.
