Product Adoption, Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Own the end-to-end user experience of data products, ensuring solutions are intuitive, trusted, and aligned to decision-making needs.
• Establish adoption plans that support self-service analytics through enablement, education, and ongoing user engagement.
• Monitor product performance, including adoption, usability, reliability, data quality, business impact, and realized value.
• Use evidence and feedback to improve, consolidate, or retire products as business needs evolve.
• Promote data literacy, modern product practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
