Who we are
At Sonova, we envision a world where everyone can enjoy the delight of hearing. This vision inspires us and fuels our commitment to developing innovative solutions that improve hearing health and human connection - from personal audio devices and wireless communication systems to hearing aids and cochlear implants. We're dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences through our global audiological care services, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to engage fully with the world around them.
Here you’ll find a diverse range of opportunities that span both consumer and medical solutions and the freedom to shape your career while making an impact on the lives of others. Join us in our mission to create a more connected world, where every voice is heard and every story matters.
As Senior Digital Solutions Manager, you will lead the conceptualization, development and evolution of innovative digital solutions that enhance customer and partner experiences and contribute to business growth.
You will own a connected digital service ecosystem, bringing together self-service portals, apps, commerce, knowledge and learning platforms, CRM, fitting software and service operations. Working across functions and markets, you will help create AI-powered, scalable digital capabilities that enable seamless access, personalized journeys and connected experiences.
This is a highly cross-functional and global role, combining digital strategy, solution and product management, customer experience, transformation and organizational change.
More about the role:
- Own the end-to-end vision and roadmap for digital solutions, including prioritization, integration points, project delivery and business outcomes across global markets.
- Shape the future digital customer experience using internal and external voice-of-customer insights to create seamless, personalized and connected journeys.
- Own and continuously optimize omnichannel service journeys and processes, including service-order, case and knowledge management as well as AI chatbot capabilities, with a focus on governance, automation and data quality.
- Lead the evolution of the broader digital ecosystem, identifying opportunities for innovation and ensuring effective integration across self-service portals, apps, commerce, CRM, learning, fitting software and service operations.
- Drive global adoption and organizational change, defining onboarding, training and enablement approaches, developing training materials and supporting users and stakeholders through transformation.
- Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams across UX/UI, engineering, data, security, QA, CX, procurement, IT, marketing and brand to deliver scalable digital experiences.
- Ensure regulatory, AI, data privacy, security and risk requirements are addressed in collaboration with Quality, Legal, Compliance and Security stakeholders.
- Define and track performance, including project delivery, resources, budgets, adoption and business outcomes, while driving continuous improvement of digital solutions and customer-facing processes.
More about you:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Product Management, Marketing or a related field; an advanced degree or certification in areas such as Agile project management, UX or analytics is an advantage.
- 8+ years of experience in Product or Solution Management, delivering software, IT and digital solutions, with exposure to emerging technologies, AI-driven tools and ERP/CRM integrations.
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise projects, portfolios or transformation programs and managing complex global strategies across different markets and cultures.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams across functions, locations and organizational levels.
- A strong combination of commercial, technical and product thinking, together with analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data and business needs into clear priorities and decisions.
- Experience with UX principles and digital customer experiences, and the ability to collaborate effectively with UI designers, developers and other technical teams.
- A proactive, innovative and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities, make effective decisions under uncertainty and lead change in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English with excellent communication and collaboration skills; additional languages are an asset.
- Experience in hearing health or a comparable MedTech environment and digital organizational change is advantageous.
