About Keep Company
Keep Company is on a mission to make human connection an intentional, scalable asset in every workplace. We are a venture-backed platform, recognized by Techstars, Forbes, and SHRM, that combines technology with coaching and mentoring to help leading law and professional services firms develop their people and keep their top talent. As AI reshapes how work gets done, we believe human intelligence (connection, discernment, and trust) is the most important capability an organization can invest in. Keep Company is rebuilding the human layer of work, so culture, retention, and performance can thrive in the moments that matter most.
The Role
Keep Company is growing which means our program portfolio is too. As our Senior Director of Client Advisory and Insights you will report to our VP of Programs, working closely with the rest of the Programs team, as well as Product, Data, and Sales. In this role, you will own client success for our programs and you will turn program data into a story that firm leaders can act upon. You’ll carry a book of existing and net new clients, show up for them in regular check-ins, and help them see what their programs are doing for their people and advise on what to do next.
In collaboration with program operations and experience, you will focus on the client relationship, bringing organizational subject matter expertise, insights, and advice. This is an individual contributor role, with direct access and relationship-building with leaders at law firms and professional services organizations.
You bring talent management and talent advisory experience as a true subject matter expert, and you are a natural collaborator and conduit for information and ideas. You are able to identify patterns, distill ideas, and communicate risk and opportunity with a smile.
Responsibilities
Own the Programs’ Client Relationship
- You own client success for all our programs
- Serve as the main point of contact for Keep Company program clients, building trusted relationships with firm leaders and program sponsors
- Lead regular check-ins and executive-level conversations that keep clients informed, heard, and clear on next steps
- Own client onboarding and kickoff, setting expectations, success measures, and a steady rhythm of communication from day one
- Manage escalations from first signal to resolution, pulling in program experience, operations, and product colleagues quickly and following through
Be the Trusted Advisor in the Room
- Amidst a quickly changing world of work, serve as a trusted advisor to law firm and professional services leaders on learning strategy, employee engagement, and talent development, as a genuine thought partner and not a vendor
- Represent Keep Company in client and industry conversations with the credibility and presence that opens doors and deepens relationships
- Advance Keep Company’s core philosophy: the most powerful learning happens through human connection, not content consumption, and investing in your people leads to tangible ROI
Tell the Story Behind the Data
- Turn program data into clear client reporting: engagement and participation dashboards, program impact reports for firm leadership, and insight narratives that explain what the data shows and what to do next
- Work with our data lead, who owns the underlying data, and take responsibility for how it is communicated, explained, and put to use with clients
- Present results to client leaders, on your own or alongside the VP of Programs
- Support Sales with reporting and insight stories during client renewals
Collaborate with Programs and Product to Shape our Offerings, and Ensure Excellence
- Collaborate closely with the Programs team, including program operations and coach and member experience, to ensure delivery at the highest levels of excellence
- Use data-driven insights to recommend program changes, adjustments, and new opportunities to the VP of Programs, as well as the Product and Sales teams, flagging what needs to evolve and change
- Apply adult learning principles and behavioral science to guide the learning approach with clients, working with Programs and Product colleagues who build the content
- Bring what you hear from clients back to both the Programs and Product team, including our VP of Product, so what we build keeps getting better and supports the most urgent needs of our clients
- Work as an individual contributor in a highly collaborative role: partner across Programs, Product, Data, and Client Success, and serve as a critical input into how the organization evolves
Required Experience
- 7+ years in learning, talent, or organizational development, with at least 2 years in law firm or professional services environments. You know how these organizations think, what earns credibility with their leaders, and where the real friction lives
- Expertise in human and leadership capability development, employee engagement, and relationship-based learning
- A track record of turning engagement, outcomes, or impact data into a clear story and presenting it to senior leaders
- Strong presentation skills, with the poise to present to Chief Talent Officers, Professional Development Directors and Managers, and senior leaders at law firms
Nice To Have
- Experience in client success, account management, or consulting
- Advanced degree in Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field
Why Keep Company
- Shape the next generation of employee development in the legal and professional services world
- Be part of a founder-led, high-growth startup with renowned clients and measurable impact
- Constant opportunities to grow, and plenty of celebration
