Senior Director CVO Operations

• Location: Remote
• Facility: Ascension St. Vincent
• Department: Credentialing
• Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

• Provides leadership and develops structure with key stakeholders interfacing with the CVO. Engages CVO service leadership to support business objectives of stakeholders.
• Develops a team of account managers to serve as liaisons between key stakeholders and the CVO operation's teams.
• Leads the optimization of the credentialing system to modernize the service delivery experience for stakeholders, most notably, providers.
• Partners with CVO to provide process improvement to services that enhance the experience and turnaround times for stakeholders.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Additional Preferences:

• 5+ years of director level experience
• Strongly demonstrates effective change management skills
• 5+ years of experience in credentialing
