Equifax is where you can power your possible. If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.
As the Senior Director, Finance, you will lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic commercial enablement for the Equifax Identity and Fraud portfolio within the US Information Solutions (USIS) business unit. In this high-visibility role, you will direct core financial rhythms including month-end performance analytics, multi-year budgeting, and strategic forecasting while guiding the financial architecture for newly integrated fraud and compliance acquisitions.
You will serve as an essential strategic advisor to executive leadership across Finance and Technology, driving data-informed decisions and delivering commercial insights that accelerate sustainable growth.
We believe great things happen when teams connect. Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday–Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely. This position will sit in our Boise, ID location.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the strategic finance business partner to the VP of Finance and Technology executive leadership, establishing agile reporting frameworks and predictive forecasting models across an evolving Identity and Fraud solution suite.
- Steer financial integration roadmaps for acquired assets and entities, standardizing reporting deliverables, operational workflows, and balance sheet/P&L accounting consolidations across legacy and new business lines.
- Partner closely with the USIS FP&A consolidation team to synthesize variance drivers, revenue pacing, and identifiable forecasted risks and opportunities.
- Deliver granular revenue and margin intelligence across product portfolios and customer verticals, identifying emerging industry patterns and actionable margin-expansion opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end annual operating budget and rolling monthly forecasting cadences, ensuring precise financial consolidation across complex multi-product structures.
- Evaluate capital allocations, evaluate business cases, and support strategic due diligence and financial modeling for prospective bolt-on M&A transactions.
- Champion organizational talent development by leading, mentoring, and upskilling a high-performing team of 2–4 finance professionals.
What experience you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial modeling, forecasting, or strategic corporate development, including full P&L accountability across multi-product business lines.
- 2+ years of direct people leadership experience managing, mentoring, and scaling finance professionals.
- Demonstrated experience building and presenting executive-level business cases, capital allocation proposals, and variance analyses.
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise financial performance platforms and business intelligence tools, including Oracle Hyperion, Essbase, or Tableau.
What could set you apart:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or professional financial credential (CPA, CFA).
- Proven track record leading post-merger integrations (PMI), ERP/systems harmonizations, and chart-of-accounts standardizations.
- Experience applying digital finance tools, workflow automations, or AI-driven modeling solutions to streamline reporting cycles and eliminate manual processes.
- Background supporting high-growth SaaS, digital identity verification, fraud mitigation, or FinTech data solution portfolios.
