Sebela Pharmaceuticals is building a leading gastroenterology company dedicated to improving the lives of patients. Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing, the Senior Director, HCP Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive engagement, education, and adoption among healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role will create and implement comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies that support brand objectives, enhance customer experience, optimize commercial performance necessary to support the successful launch and sustained growth of Tegoprazan, a novel potassium competitive acid blocker (P-CAB).
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute HCP marketing strategies aligned with organizational priorities and launch objectives.
  • Lead annual brand planning and contribute to long-range strategic planning processes.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, competitive threats, and growth drivers.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable marketing initiatives that improve engagement and prescribing behavior.
  • Drive innovative approaches to HCP promotion and customer experience.
  • Lead development of multichannel marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies that leverage AI, advanced analytics, and emerging digital technologies to improve HCP engagement and commercial effectiveness. Lead development of promotional materials, digital campaigns, peer-to-peer education programs, and congress strategies for both branded and disease awareness content.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to maximize field force impact and customer engagement.
  • Manage HCP promotional strategy throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on customer and market insights.
  • Monitor product performance, financial performance, and key performance indicators to proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in HCP strategy and execution.
  • Manage Agency of Record and external vendor relationships, ensuring timely, compliant, cost-effective delivery of marketing initiatives and excellence in asset development, agency coordination, and campaign execution.
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional business reviews, weekly team meetings, milestone check-ins, and prioritization forums to ensure coordinated execution across teams.
  • Build and lead a high performing HCP marketing team, establishing a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support organizational success.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, including product launch experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience Experience leading product launches and omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem dynamics, including HCP decision-making and customer engagement models.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with the ability to foster solid working relationships across all levels within the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed including quarterly in person Commercial meetings at Braintree and other locations.
Salary Range: $160-200K annual salary (this reflects our reasonable and good faith estimate of what will be paid at the time of posting). Competitive benefits package included.
