About the role
As our Senior Director, Head of Stores EMEA, you'll lead LEGO® Brand Retail across the region. You'll set the commercial direction, strengthen operational performance and create consistent consumer experiences across every market. As part of the retail leadership team, you'll turn global priorities into practical regional plans while evolving how our stores operate for the future.
Required Qualifications
- Led large, geographically dispersed, multi-site retail operations.
- Delivered sustained sales growth, profitability and productivity improvements.
- Managed complex retail performance measures and their impact on profit and loss.
- Directed organisational transformation or large-scale change programmes.
- Built and developed senior leadership teams through coaching, succession planning and talent development.
- Translated performance data, market insights and consumer trends into clear commercial decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Worked within complex global, regional and cross-functional retail organisations.
- Communicated fluently in English, with additional European language skills advantageous.
What you'll build
- Own the commercial performance of the EMEA retail business across approximately 80 stores.
- Translate regional and global strategies into executable market plans.
- Improve productivity, operational efficiency, consumer engagement and cost management.
- Lead annual planning, forecasting and investment prioritisation for the region.
- Strengthen consistent store standards, processes, controls and performance measures.
- Shape the retail value proposition with central teams and solve operational challenges.
- Protect and elevate the LEGO brand through memorable in-store experiences.
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, operational, health and safety requirements.

Life on the team
You'll join the LEGO Brand Retail leadership team and lead a senior regional organisation. The team works collaboratively across markets and functions, sharing ideas while staying accountable for results. You'll bring resilience, adaptability and an inclusive leadership approach, helping others grow while keeping the region focused on consumers and commercial priorities.
What success looks like
You'll create sustainable growth while making store operations simpler, stronger and more scalable. You'll work closely with Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Excellence, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, People teams and Digital teams. Success means influencing global retail direction while ensuring every EMEA store consistently delivers for consumers, colleagues and the business.
