Job Title : Senior Director of Engineering Data Platforms

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Technical Strategy: Define architecture and engineering standards for large-scale data acquisition, multi-source fusion, modeling, and secure enterprise delivery.
Agile Leadership: Drive Scrum/Agile development practices, sprint planning, and predictable delivery milestones.
Team Development: Hire, mentor, and coach data engineers and data scientists, building a strong culture of technical excellence.
Modern Cloud & Data Architecture: Oversee petabyte-scale batch/streaming pipelines (AWS, Spark, Databricks) and ontology-driven platforms.
Security & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous DoD/IC security, DevSecOps, and classified cross-domain operational requirements.
Key Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in data engineering, data science, and progressive technical leadership.
Technical Stack: Strong command of cloud-native data platforms (AWS, Spark, Databricks), DevSecOps (CI/CD, IaC), and spatial/ontology data tools.
