Position Overview
COS BAR is seeking a strategic, creative, and commercially minded Senior Director of Marketing to lead the company's overall marketing vision, strategy, and execution across all channels. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated omnichannel marketing strategy that elevates the COS BAR brand, drives customer engagement and business growth, and strengthens relationships with our portfolio of luxury beauty brands.
The Senior Director of Marketing will own the annual marketing strategy and master marketing calendar, serving as the central point of coordination across Digital, PR, Creative, Merchandising, Retail Operations, and brand partners. This individual will ensure that all marketing initiatives are strategically aligned, thoughtfully integrated, and executed cohesively across digital, email, social media, content, events, in-store activations, and brand partnerships.
While partnering closely with functional leaders who oversee their respective disciplines, this role will ensure that all channels work together to deliver a consistent brand message, compelling customer experiences, and measurable business results.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of luxury beauty and multi-brand retail, with the creative vision, commercial acumen, and organizational capabilities to translate strategy into impactful marketing initiatives.

• Develop collaborative marketing programs that align brand priorities with COS BAR's overall business objectives and marketing calendar.
• Identify opportunities for co-op marketing, vendor-funded campaigns, exclusive launches, events, and integrated brand storytelling.
• Build relationships with brand marketing teams to secure resources, creative assets, funding, and strategic support.
• Ensure brand partnerships enhance COS BAR's positioning and deliver value to both the customer and the business.
3. Social Media & Content Strategy
• Own the overarching social media and content marketing direction, ensuring alignment with the master marketing calendar and overall brand positioning.
• Partner with the Digital lead and Creative team, who oversee channel execution and content production, on creative direction, copywriting, photography, video, and campaign assets.
• Establish a compelling content strategy that positions COS BAR as a destination for luxury beauty, discovery, expertise, and innovation.
• Develop content priorities around product education, expert recommendations, brand storytelling, new launches, trends, and editorial features.
• Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships, creator collaborations, and organic brand awareness.
• Ensure consistent, elevated brand storytelling across all social and content platforms. 4. Events, Activations & Experiential Marketing
• Partner with the PR team, which oversees PR strategy and media relations, to develop and execute the events and experiential marketing strategy across the COS BAR store fleet.
• Own the integration of events, brand activations, and in-store experiences within the master marketing calendar.
• Develop a robust calendar of brand events, exclusive experiences, product launches, and clienteling initiatives that drive store traffic, engagement, and sales.
• Partner with luxury beauty brands to develop differentiated activations and customer experiences.
• Establish event concepts, creative direction, budgets, and execution objectives in collaboration with PR and Retail Operations.
