Senior Director of Tax

Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers at PG Creatives is a part-time, remote role responsible for organizing and supporting volunteers who assist with real estate media and related projects. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and onboarding volunteers, scheduling and tracking assignments, and providing clear guidance on roles and expectations. The coordinator will develop and deliver training materials, facilitate regular communication, and ensure volunteers have the tools and information needed to contribute effectively. This role also includes planning volunteer engagement activities, supporting community outreach initiatives, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal team members to align volunteer efforts with project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills to coordinate, support, and develop volunteers effectively.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build trust, provide clear instructions, and maintain positive relationships with volunteers and team members.
• Experience or interest in Community Outreach to help expand volunteer networks and support engagement with real estate and media communities.
• Organizational and time management abilities to oversee schedules, documentation, and multiple volunteer projects in a remote setting.
• Comfort working with digital tools (e.g., email, messaging platforms, spreadsheets, project management software) for coordination and reporting.
• Prior experience in volunteer coordination, nonprofit work, or community programs is beneficial but not required.
• Understanding of or interest in real estate media, marketing, or creative production is a plus.
