- Own day-to-day client leadership: lead calls, shape workplans, manage expectations, and deliver trusted counsel
- Lead multiple concurrent projects with complex timelines, cross-functional inputs, and tight deadlines
- Guide development of market access and medical value evidence deliverables (e.g., global value dossiers, AMCP dossiers, payer value communications, HEOR/RWE summaries, slide decks, etc.)
- Translate complex scientific and economic evidence into clear, accurate, and compelling narratives
- Provide strategic direction and quality oversight; ensure consistency, rigor, and client-ready outputs
- Manage and mentor consultants; delegate effectively and build high-performing teams
- Advanced degree required (PharmD, PhD, MS/MPH, MBA or related in healthcare field)
- Significant experience in life sciences consulting or agency environment with direct client management and team leadership (Senior Director/VP scope)
- Deep familiarity with market access, payer evidence needs, and medical value communication including HEOR and RWE
- Experience leading dossier development (Global Value Dossier and/or AMCP dossier) and field-facing medical value communication materials
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects end-to-end (scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment)
- This is a full-time, US remote working position. Collaboration is primarily in Eastern Time; occasional schedule flexibility is needed to support client time zones.
