Operating with a product mindset, you will partner with Infrastructure, Security, Developer Experience, and AI teams to establish standards that become the preferred path for engineering teams globally. Rather than operating tools directly, you will define what good is, increase adoption, and measure outcomes through data and continuous improvement. Summary of Primary Responsibilities CI/CD Golden Path Pipelines Define and maintain CI/CD standards and reusable pipeline templates across Harness and GitHub Actions. Embed security, quality, compliance, and AI workflow integrations into software delivery pipelines. Establish standards for deployment automation, observability, and progressive delivery practices. Cloud-Native Landing Zone & Account Provisioning Define cloud landing zone standards, provisioning models, governance controls, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) patterns. Establish secure, scalable, and cost-conscious approaches to cloud and container platform adoption across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. Developer Tooling Standards Define standards across Jira, source control, Artifactory, Confluence, and related SDLC tooling. Partner with platform teams to deliver automated onboarding and self-service developer experiences. Platform Adoption & DORA Metrics Define DORA and platform adoption metrics to measure software delivery effectiveness. Drive adoption of standards through partnership, transparency, and continuous improvement. 8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Developer Experience, or related technology fields. Experience designing and scaling CI/CD platforms, cloud-native solutions, and engineering standards in enterprise environments. Knowledge of cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, developer tooling, software supply chain security, and engineering metrics. Demonstrated ability to influence team members, establish standards, and improve adoption across complex, matrixed organizations. Main Skills CI/CD platform depth — Harness and GitHub Actions pipeline authoring, template libraries, versioning, and required control set implementation Cloud-native infrastructure — landing zone design and VPC architecture with deep expertise in at least one major provider (AWS preferred), EKS/ECS provisioning patterns, IaC with Terraform/OpenTofu; able to write and review IaC, not just configure consoles Pipeline integration for security and AI workflows — wiring SAST/SCA/SBOM/signing hooks and AI-agent trigger points into pipeline templates, in partnership with the teams that own the underlying tooling and agent logic Developer tooling standards design — Jira workflow design, Artifactory repository governance, SCM branching and PR standards, Confluence space and template standards Progressive delivery and deployment patterns — canary, blue/green, feature flag integration; DORA metrics instrumentation from SCM and pipeline events Cost-aware infrastructure design — cost attribution tagging, budget guardrails, and TCO estimation as part of the provisioning experience Standards as a product — defining, documenting, and socializing developer tooling standards with adoption metrics; comfortable operating as product owner rather than administrator for a community of 40 or more engineering teams Stakeholder influence — able to align infrastructure operators, security teams, AI platform teams, and engineering leaders behind a shared standard without owning the underlying infrastructure or agent logic Governance and standards body participation — experience representing platform standards in technology evaluation bodies for CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and tooling decisions Benefits/Perks: Great compensation package and discretionary bonus plan Hybrid work arrangement - 2 days WFO and 2 days WFH Experian is an equal opportunities employer #LI-Hybrid Recruitment Fraud Awareness - Experian's recruitment process is conducted only through authorised channels.
