Primary Duties: The position is responsible for the strategic planning, design, and development of advancedtelecommunications solutions, including Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), radiofrequency (RF) engineering, and in-building wireless systems. Responsibilities include: Provide leadership for wireless network architecture development RF system design, propagation modeling, interference analysis, capacity modeling, and performance optimization Technical evaluation of wireless technologies Engineering oversight Standards development Collaboration with internal stakeholders, customers, carriers, original equipmentmanufacturers, and third-party vendors. Minimum Requirements The position requires: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. Ten (10) years of experience in RF engineering and DAS solution development.
