We're looking for a strategic, results-driven leader to help turn ambitious business goals into measurable results.
The Opportunity

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing expertise in enterprise project management, product development, financial analysis, and change management within a growing, multi-location organization.
What You'll Do
Strategic Planning & Product Development
- Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans in partnership with cross-functional leadership teams.
- Oversee the full product and service development lifecycle, from research and business case development through launch and implementation.
- Identify opportunities for new revenue streams, operational efficiencies, and innovative technology solutions.
- Develop product positioning, operational processes, and market segmentation strategies to support business growth.
Enterprise Project Management & Execution
- Lead 3–5 complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
- Partner with Operations, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Business Intelligence, and other departments to drive successful execution.
- Establish project milestones, performance metrics, budgets, and accountability measures.
- Facilitate executive-level project reviews and stage-gate decision-making to ensure initiatives remain on track.
Business Transformation & Change Management
- Develop and execute change management strategies that support successful implementation and adoption of new initiatives.
- Partner with corporate and club leadership to minimize operational disruption and drive consistent execution across locations.
- Monitor initiative performance, employee adoption, and return on investment to evaluate business impact.
Strategic Partnerships & Vendor Management
- Manage key vendor relationships and strategic partnerships supporting enterprise initiatives.
- Oversee contractual commitments, service level agreements, delivery timelines, and vendor performance.
- Conduct business reviews to evaluate results and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategic planning, product development, enterprise project management (EPMO), or business operations.
- Demonstrated success leading multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives in a multi-location consumer, retail, hospitality, or fitness organization.
- Strong experience developing business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and strategic operating plans.
- Expertise in enterprise project governance, portfolio management, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
- Experience leading product or service development initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership, align stakeholders, and drive accountability across departments.
- Strong understanding of organizational change management and operational adoption.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, private equity-backed, or matrixed business environment.
- Familiarity with the health, wellness, fitness technology, or digital member experience landscape.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Project Management, or a related field required.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
