Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant

We are looking for a senior Dynamics 365 Field Service / Project Operations Consultant as a contractor on a permanent basis, with remote engagement and occasional readiness to travel within the Europe.

Client is an international Microsoft consulting organisation specialised in digital transformation, CRM, ERP and cloud solutions. Client helps organisations optimise business processes through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

Case

Client is looking for a senior consultant specialised in Dynamics 365 Field Service and/or Project Operations. The candidate will be responsible for:

- Analysing and understanding complex service and project-related business processes.

- Translating business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.

- Implementing and optimising Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Operations environments.

- Advising stakeholders on process improvements and system architecture.

- Acting as a trusted advisor on both organisational and conceptual challenges.

- Integrating Dynamics 365 solutions with existing business systems.

- Supporting successful project delivery within agreed scope, budget and timelines.

- Solving implementation challenges and supporting customers after go-live.

- Collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver CRM and Customer Engagement solutions.

- Identifying technological innovations and proposing improvements to customers.

- Participating in customer workshops, training sessions and adoption activities.

- Contributing to long-term customer success and satisfaction.

Important for the client

Must-haves:

- Minimum HBO level or equivalent professional and intellectual working level.

- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Project Operations and/or PSA.

- Strong capability to analyse business processes and translate them into system solutions.

- Experience with Dynamics 365 configuration, optimisation, and implementation activities.

- Ability to work on both functional and technical aspects of projects.

- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing consulting skills.

- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Senior-level consulting experience and ability to work independently.

- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience delivering large-scale Field Service or Project Operations implementations.

- Experience with PSA solutions.

- Experience in international consulting environments.

- Knowledge of CRM and Customer Engagement best practices.

- Ability to advise on organisational change and process optimisation.

- Experience working in hybrid customer environments.
