Senior Veeva eTMF/CTMS Consultant - part-time (f/m/x)
Sii PolandWe are looking for a Veeva-certified consultant with extensive expertise in Veeva eTMF to join our team on a part-time basis. In this remote role, you will leverage your hands-on experience with system configuration and your solid understanding of GxP regulations to manage system changes and validation documentation effectively. You will work closely with line of business stakeholders and Digital QA to translate requirements into scalable system solutions. - Managing configuration and validation documentation for system changes
- Overseeing end-to-end system changes, including requirement gathering and stakeholder alignment
- Designing and prototyping solutions tailored to business needs
- Implementing and configuring Veeva systems as per defined specifications
- Conducting testing and validation to ensure compliance with GxP regulations
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with governance and quality standards
- Staying updated with Veeva General Releases and managing release impacts effectively
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a GxP-regulated environment
- Veeva Certified Administrator certification
- Proven experience in Veeva eTMF
- Strong background in impact assessments and change management
- Hands-on experience managing system validation documentation in Veeva Quality
- Ability to manage system changes from requirement gathering to testing and validation
- Fluent English
- Experience with Veeva CTMS
- Hands-on execution of digital validation using Jira Xray
