What you will do
- Analyze overall business health and identify performance correlations and trends.
- Develop and communicate diagnostics that support business health initiatives and planning.
- Improve manual reporting and monitoring processes to drive market performance.
- Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects across eCommerce analytics.
- Create documentation and training materials so stakeholders can understand and replicate analytical processes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineers, and organizational leaders on process improvements, system modifications, and data governance policies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, strategy, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to create complex reports using multiple datasets.
- Strong communication, project management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage projects end to end, and communicate data-driven insights effectively.
- Strategic thinking and comfort working with unstructured data.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, R, or Python is preferred.
