Coordinate technical and communications document reviews with DOE personnel and leadership to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
Support strategic planning and cross-program collaboration by identifying opportunities for DOE offices, National Laboratories, and industry stakeholders to participate in relevant technical engagements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Energy Systems, or a related technical discipline.
10+ years of professional experience in the electric utility or electric power industry, including knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and operational practices.
Demonstrated technical expertise in electric power systems, including transmission, distribution, grid operations, or grid modernization.
Experience conducting technical and statistical data analysis, interpreting complex datasets, and communicating actionable findings.
Experience researching, evaluating, and contributing to technical publications, scientific literature, industry standards, or related documentation.
Experience with artificial intelligence applications and/or training strategies.
Experience supporting DOE, other federal agencies, National Laboratories, or energy-sector programs.
Experience coordinating technical projects, monitoring deliverables and milestones, and managing project documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to leadership, technical experts, and diverse stakeholders.
