As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of next-generation radar-based measurement solutions used in industrial automation. Working within the Microwave and Electronics Engineering team, you will lead electronics development activities, contribute to product innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-performance, reliable solutions that help customers solve complex industrial challenges.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Lead the electronics development work package within product development projects for radar sensors, communication devices, and related system components.
  • Participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle, from concept generation and feasibility studies through design, verification, validation, and production launch.
  • Design, develop, and maintain electronic hardware solutions, including schematics and PCB layouts.
  • Support the enhancement and lifecycle management of products already in the market.
  • Develop and improve engineering methods, design tools, and development processes to increase efficiency and product quality.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on electrical engineering topics to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and reliable measurement solutions.

You are a proactive and technically strong engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges and translating ideas into practical solutions. You combine analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem-solving and can effectively balance technical depth with project execution. You build strong working relationships, collaborate across teams, and take ownership of delivering high-quality results.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in electronics design, hardware development, or product development environments.
  • Experience leading technical activities, projects, or engineering work packages.
  • Strong understanding of mathematics, circuit theory, and electronic components.
  • Experience designing and maintaining electronic schematics and PCB layouts.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Professional proficiency in Swedish.
  • Experience with functional safety requirements and/or intrinsic safety design for hazardous environments.
  • Experience performing EMC testing, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of circuit simulation tools such as SPICE and/or electromagnetic field simulation software.
  • Experience with signal integrity and power integrity analysis.
  • Experience using Cadence design tools.
  • Knowledge of radar technology, industrial measurement systems, or industrial automation products.
  • Experience developing products within regulated or high-reliability environments.

This position is located in Linköping with the possibility to work from home up to one day per week.
