The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Senior Electronic Security Engineer - Department of Defense. The Senior Electronic Security Engineer represents the company on electronic security system engineering for facility control system projects. The role leads design and technical oversight for access control, intrusion detection, and video management systems, and supports integration with related Industrial Control System environments while maintaining required separation and reliability. Responsibilities include engineered drawings, specifications, device layouts, network and server architecture, sequences of operation, acceptance testing, and commissioning. This role supports a Department of Defense mission and partners with project managers, field teams, and authorities having jurisdiction to deliver code-compliant, reliable systems.
