ABOUT THE JOB

As a Senior Engagement Analyst, you'll drive strategic decision-making by turning complex data into actionable insights, and developing and implementing engagement strategies. You'll build strong relationships with clients, leverage your strong analytical background, and empower your team to make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Utilize creativity and analytical skills to uncover disruptive and differentiated insights from various datasets and platforms.

ead analysis and synthesis processes, distilling complex data into key insights and strategic frameworks, and presenting findings through compelling storytelling.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into holistic solutions that address client business challenges.

Translate data from multiple sources into actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive strategic recommendations.

Contribute to the development of integrated marketing and communications strategies and tactics that propel engagement, action, and desired behaviors.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends in data, analytics, and technology, creating thought leadership perspectives and points of view to inform business strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor's degree in Analytics or Data Science, with a Master's degree preferred, and 3+ years of experience in data-driven marketing strategy, analytics, or research.

Ability to synthesize insights into actionable plans that drive brand goals, with experience using syndicated research sources, web analytics platforms, and data visualization tools.

Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Tableau, and basic coding skills in Python and SQL.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic.
