Position / Assignment Purpose : As a Senior RF Engineer, you will design and validate world class automotive wireless communication modules (2G/3G/4G/5G/WIFI and V2X) with a Senior RF engineer and Hardware Manager. Position / Assignment Summary : As a Senior RF Engineer, you will own the RF design from initial product definition till mass production such as RFFE solution, schematic design, PCB Design review, RF tuning, Issue Fix, RF verification and validation. Key Accountabilities / Statement of Work : 1. Projects RF Development Activities Management to support PM’s Project Management as Sr. RF Engineer level. 2. Schematic Design and review, PCB design Review. 3. RF Driver Design 4. RF Calibration Design 5. RF Issue debug and Fix 6. RF Performance improvement or Optimization for Customer and Factory. 7. RF performance Verification and Validation 8. Sr, RF engineer need acting coach of Junior RF Engineer to help team growth. Required Education and Experience : - Familiar with the GSM/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE/NR/V2X/WLAN wireless technology - Familiar with the 3GPP specifications for each mode of the item 1. - Familiar with the 3GPP/IEEE specification for RF requirements of the different technologies as Sr. RF engineer level. - Familiar with the RF system design for both Tx and Rx and system requirement as Sr. RF engineer level. - Familiar with key RF front end components and their key specifications - Good RF matching skillset. - Familiar with the RF Equipment, such as Call Box tester, Spectrum analyzer, Network analyze etc. - Good teamwork capability and high execution are required. - Having RF System design and analysis capability of multi-RF systems Co-existence is a plus as Sr. RF engineer level. - RF Test Case design capability for special case per customer’s requirements as Sr. RF engineer level. - Familiar with key RFFE such as the market trend, key requirement, the advantage and disadvantage of different technologies as Sr. RF engineer capability. Required Skills and Competencies : - Bachelor or above, Electronic technique or wireless communication background is preferred. - RF Development experience in wireless products is must, and the experience based on QTI/MTK based wireless solution is a plus. - 5G development experience is preferred and a plus. - The experience of NAD module or automotive application is preferred and a plus. - Good English communication skill is must, and Chinese language capability is plus.
