Senior Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering & Technology Leader to provide strategic technical and people leadership for global software and platform engineering teams. The role will be responsible for driving engineering excellence, successful delivery of software products and platforms, technology modernization, and the development of high-performing engineering organizations.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in software engineering and technology leadership, with a strong track record of leading global, cross-functional engineering teams and delivering large-scale technology transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing software and platform engineering teams.
Drive engineering strategy, technology roadmaps, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Ensure delivery of secure, scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions.
Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Security, DevOps, Operations, and global engineering teams to align priorities and execution.
Drive engineering efficiency, automation, DevOps adoption, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Lead technical decision-making while balancing innovation, quality, speed, scalability, and business value.
Establish engineering metrics and objectives to improve productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
Build a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning. Manage workforce planning, recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, and succession planning.
Promote consistent engineering standards, modern SDLC practices, and quality processes across teams.

Qualifications & Experience
15–20 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
Proven experience leading global, cross-functional engineering organizations.
Strong experience in cloud-native application development and platform engineering.
Demonstrated experience in large-scale modernization and technology transformation.
Proven ability to build and scale high-performing engineering teams.
Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
