Job Description This is a remote position. Superlanet is seeking an experienced Epic Patient Access Analyst (Prelude / Cadence / Referrals) to join our growing Managed Services team. This full-time, direct-hire opportunity is designed for an Epic Patient Access expert who is passionate about supporting strategic Epic initiatives across our healthcare client portfolio. As a member of our Managed Services team, you will partner with leading healthcare organizations to support Community Connect deployments, implementations, system optimization, upgrades, and ongoing application enhancements. You'll enjoy the stability of a full-time position while working on a variety of meaningful client engagements, building long-term relationships, expanding your Epic expertise, and making a lasting impact on healthcare organizations nationwide. This is a primarily remote opportunity with occasional travel required for key meetings, project milestones, and go-live activities. Initial client engagement requires availability during Pacific Time business hours. Responsibilities Design, build, configure, and optimize Epic Prelude, Cadence, and Referrals applications. Support patient registration, scheduling, referral management, authorization, and patient access workflows. Collaborate with operational leaders, clinicians, and technical teams to improve scheduling efficiency, patient throughput, and overall access to care. Analyze business requirements and translate operational needs into Epic build and workflow solutions. Support application upgrades, new implementations, optimization initiatives, and Community Connect deployments. Develop and execute test plans, participate in integrated testing, and support go-live activities. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend workflow improvements. Partner with cross-functional Epic teams including Revenue Cycle, MyChart, Grand Central, Welcome, and Resolute to support integrated patient access workflows. Provide end-user support, knowledge transfer, and documentation while serving as a subject matter expert for Patient Access applications. Qualifications 5+ years of Epic analyst experience in a healthcare environment. Epic Prelude certification required. Epic Cadence certification required. Experience supporting Epic Referrals functionality Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization efforts, and production support. Strong understanding of Patient Access workflows and their impact on revenue cycle performance.
