Our client, a global finance transformation and technology consultancy, are seeking a Senior Consultant to support the continued growth of their EPM offering across the Nordics. This role combines finance advisory with technology delivery, covering areas such as planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management.

You’ll lead client engagements, manage key workstreams and contribute to advisory projects, while helping drive delivery excellence and support the growth across the region.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Experience delivering EPM, FP&A or finance transformation projects (consulting or industry).
• Strong understanding of planning, forecasting, reporting and financial processes.
• Experience with EPM platforms such as Tagetik, Pigment, Jedox, Anaplan or similar is desirable.
• Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a focus on quality delivery.
• Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Analytics or similar preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end EPM engagements, managing implementations, workstreams and client delivery across planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Design and optimise scalable EPM solutions, translating business requirements into effective technology outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing expertise across solution design, platform optimisation and best practice delivery.
• Support data integration, testing, deployment and training activities to ensure successful adoption.
• Lead workshops, provide clear client communication and contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and team development.
• Support business growth through pre-sales activities, including client discovery, demos, proposals and identifying new opportunities.

Location: Norway - Remote
