Senior ERP Developer | Techno Functional Consultant | Real Estate Digitalisation | UAE

Calistee Consulting FZ-LLC is exploring a modular digital solution for real estate agencies and property managers. Our first implementation will support a real estate company in Spain, before rollout to other international clients. We are looking for a hands-on senior professional to help shape and deliver this initiative.

The opportunity

Build practical solutions that reduce administrative work and improve commercial follow-up. Initial workflows cover client and property pipelines, contracts and deadlines, and fee invoicing and payment tracking. We aim to reuse proven platform capabilities and develop maintainable extensions where they add value.

Your responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into a coherent data model, configuration and delivery backlog.

• Assess market platform (Odoo, MS Dynamics, …) suitability and contribute to platform selection; the final architecture will be confirmed during discovery.

• Configure standard applications and build reusable modules, reports and integrations through APIs.

• Connect commercial, contractual and financial workflows while preserving appropriate access rights and audit history.

• Implement practical AI-assisted workflows where reliable, secure and economically justified.

• Own development quality, testing, documentation, deployment, backups and upgrade readiness.

• Work with an experienced program manager and business users; demonstrate increments and support adoption.

Essential experience

• Several end-to-end ERP implementations, with substantial hands-on Odoo, MS Dynamics or relevant ERP experience and references you can discuss.

• Strong Python and PostgreSQL framework skills; experience with XML, QWeb and JavaScript or OWL as required.

• Ability to distinguish standard configuration from justified custom development and explain the maintenance implications.

• Practical understanding of CRM, invoicing, document workflows and external integrations.

• Professional English, clear client communication and ability to work autonomously with a distributed team.

Useful additional experience

• Real estate, property management, owner reporting or contract lifecycle workflows.

• Other ERP or low-code ecosystems, including Odoo, Microsoft Power Platform or Zoho.

• AI integrations, document extraction, workflow automation and exception handling.

• Technical leadership and responsibility for client delivery.

Location and working arrangement

The role is intended to be based in the UAE, with remote collaboration with international teams and clients. Existing UAE residence or a clear relocation plan should be stated. Location, working arrangements, employment terms and any visa arrangements will be agreed before appointment.

We are initially assessing market fit and mutual suitability. A clearly scoped discovery assignment may precede employment. Shared availability can be considered, provided a minimum delivery capacity and support availability are agreed. Employment is envisaged through Calistee.

Long term potential

The role may evolve towards product and technical leadership as well as management responsibilities. Progressive equity participation may be discussed after mutual assessment and subject to separate agreements.

Candidates bringing an established client portfolio will be given preference, with additional compensation reflecting the value of the business they bring. The terms will be agreed individually, taking into account client retention, profitability and delivery commitments.
