We are looking for a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant to break through the Portuguese market. This profile will own lead development and the full sales cycle, from discovering client needs to closing deals.

Your Domain

• Mentor and manage 2x Solution Executives with a high potential to grow

• Actively drive deals, support the team throughout the sales process and develop key leads on your own

• Lead calls and workshops (online or on-site) for process mapping and deliver Odoo demos

• Design and present complex solution architectures and high-value commercial proposals

• Define team targets, optimise sales workflows and participate in strategic outbound initiatives & campaigns

Your Vibe

• Master Degree in IT, business administration, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in ERP or complex B2B software solution sales, including hands-on management experience

• Goal-oriented, hands-on & proactive problem solver driven to achieve team revenue targets

• Strong business acumen and deep understanding of enterprise ERP workflows

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (at least C1 level). Spanish language as a plus
