Overview

With positive change comes growth, so we are currently seeking a Senior EUC Engineer to join our fun, fast-paced team. Only candidates in Amarillo and Lubbock, TX will be considered at this time.


Role Summary
This hands-on technical lead administers and improves core end-user technologies, resolves complex issues, and strengthens the employee technology experience. The role serves as a senior escalation resource and leads through technical expertise, collaboration, mentorship, and example; it has no direct people-management responsibilities. Success is measured by system reliability and performance, effective technology improvements, fewer recurring issues, and a strong EUC user experience.


Essential Role Responsibilities
Technical Leadership, Problem Management & Mentorship

  • Serve as the senior escalation resource for complex endpoint, identity, collaboration, application, and productivity issues, including major incidents and service disruptions.
  • Lead cross-functional troubleshooting using logs, diagnostics, telemetry, endpoint analytics, monitoring, and vendor resources; identify root causes and implement corrective actions that prevent recurrence.
  • Contribute to EUC technology planning, service improvements, implementations, and support models.
  • Mentor support engineers and administrators through technical guidance, training, knowledge sharing, and customer-service best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical standards, operational procedures, and knowledge base documentation.

Endpoint, Identity, Security & Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune. Develop and maintain endpoint standards, security baselines, configuration profiles, and compliance policies; troubleshoot advanced Windows, application, authentication, performance, and device-management issues.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, authentication methods, Conditional Access, and user lifecycle processes.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Support vulnerability remediation, security reviews, audits, risk assessments, governance, and data-protection initiatives while balancing security, usability, and productivity.

Enterprise Applications & Project Leadership

  • Administer DocuSign CLM and 8x8 UCaaS, including users, permissions, integrations, call routing, and operational support.
  • Administer additional enterprise applications, solutions as needed and serve as the subject matter expert.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and vendor coordination for critical business applications; evaluate performance and recommend improvements to reliability and user experience.
  • Lead or contribute to implementation plans, technical documentation, support procedures, and operational standards for new or updated solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet security, usability, reliability, supportability, and business requirements.

Minimum Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience supporting and administering enterprise EUC environments, including at least 2 years as a senior engineer, technical lead, or escalation resource.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Microsoft 365, Windows, endpoint management, application deployment, and device lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated success troubleshooting complex issues, performing root cause analysis, leading major incident investigations, and implementing long-term corrective actions using diagnostics, telemetry, monitoring, and vendor resources.
  • Experience creating technical documentation, operational standards, support procedures, and knowledge-sharing resources.
  • Experience mentoring technical staff and strengthening troubleshooting, and problem-solving
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, and customer-service skills across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting healthcare, compliance-driven, or highly regulated environments.
  • Experience leading EUC initiatives, Microsoft 365 implementations, or major incident response.
  • PowerShell scripting, automation and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Experience administering Jira, Confluence, DocuSign CLM, or 8x8 UCaaS.

The base salary range for this position is between $92,000 and $107,000, plus benefits.Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that individual compensation will vary based on factors such as overall qualifications, skillsets, competencies, and work location.
