Senior EUC Manager

We are looking for an experienced EUC Manager to join a project for a global consumer goods organization operating across multiple international markets. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality end-user experience for over 35,000 employees and partners worldwide and managing the roadmap, technology and ongoing development of the End User Computing (EUC) environment.

Wymagania

• minimum 5 years of relevant technical IT experience,
• at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune in large-scale environments of 10,000+ users,
• strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 deployment and management,
• hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot,
• experience with deployment and management of Microsoft 365 Apps using Microsoft Intune / Office Portal,
• strong knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD and Active Directory,
• experience working in large, geographically distributed organizations,
• experience managing or coordinating outsourced / offshore support teams,
• proven experience managing service transitions between service providers, including handover and takeover of operational responsibilities,
• understanding of ITIL and process documentation requirements,
• good understanding of licensing models and Microsoft user licensing SKUs,
• good commercial awareness, including experience with budgets, contracts and licensing costs,
• English at B2 level or higher,
• strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• experience working in GxP-regulated environments,
• experience with organizational migrations, divestments or large-scale deployments,
• experience participating in large-scale organizational transformations,
• previous experience as a domain lead, architect, engineer or similar role in a global enterprise environment.

Obowiązki

• defining and managing the EUC roadmap, ensuring that technology deployments and changes are successful, optimized and aligned with business needs,
• ensuring the EUC environment provides the required capability, flexibility and simplicity,
• providing technical leadership for the EUC architecture and endpoint infrastructure,
• acting as the owner and focal point for a business-critical internal product used daily by 35,000+ employees and partners,
• defining the required product capabilities and long-term technology direction,
• providing ongoing support and maintenance of the EUC service and acting as an escalation point for technical teams,
• managing and coordinating outsourced support teams,
• managing service transitions between service providers, ensuring a seamless handover and uninterrupted service delivery,
• evaluating and selecting new EUC products, configurations and solutions,
• creating, reviewing and approving technical design changes,
• collaborating with Cyber Security, Procurement, Privacy, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance,
• developing a strong understanding of the existing technology landscape, vendors, systems and processes and identifying opportunities for improvement,
• managing vendors and outsourced partners against contractual obligations, service levels and agreed costs,
• managing licensing, subscriptions and support budgets and optimizing costs within the Enterprise Agreement,
• ensuring compliance with architecture and technology governance processes,
• developing and promoting standards and best practices within the EUC domain,
• communicating detailed technical information to business stakeholders, users, developers, project managers and architects,
• applying strong analysis, research and problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues.
