We’re The Memory Makers, an independent brand experience agency with a neuroscience twist.
We create experiences designed to make people feel something and, importantly, remember it. From intimate luxury experiences to large-scale activations, launches, incentives and live events, we work with ambitious global brands to turn ideas into moments that stick.
We’re a small team, which means everyone matters. You’ll get close to the work, the clients and the creative thinking, with plenty of opportunity to take ownership and grow.
We’re looking for a brilliant Senior Event Producer to join our team.
You’ll take creative ideas and make them happen.
Working closely with our client, creative and production teams, you’ll manage projects from brief through to delivery and wrap-up. You’ll independently lead smaller and medium-sized projects, while supporting senior project leads on larger, more complex productions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the detail but never loses sight of the bigger picture. Someone who can build a budget, manage a supplier, reassure a client, spot a problem before it becomes one, and still care about whether the final experience feels brilliant.
You’ll report into the Events Director or relevant senior project lead depending on the project.
- Manage projects from initial brief through planning, production, live delivery and post-event wrap-up.
- Independently lead smaller and medium-sized projects, with responsibility for timelines, budgets, suppliers and delivery.
- Support senior producers and directors on larger-scale, technically complex or high-value projects.
- Turn creative concepts into practical, detailed production plans.
- Build and manage project timelines, production schedules, run sheets and critical paths.
- Coordinate venues, technical production, fabrication, entertainment, hospitality, logistics, staffing and other project requirements.
- Attend site visits, rehearsals, installations and live events.
- Anticipate problems, find solutions and keep calm when plans inevitably change.
- Build, maintain and reconcile project budgets.
- Obtain and negotiate supplier quotations.
- Raise and track purchase orders and supplier costs.
- Understand project margins and make commercially sensible decisions throughout production.
- Flag budget risks early rather than discovering them after the event.
- Look for smarter ways to deliver the experience without compromising the things guests will actually notice and remember.
- Become a trusted day-to-day contact for clients on the projects you lead.
- Keep clients informed, confident and clear on what happens next.
- Prepare project updates, timelines, budgets and other client-facing documents.
- Understand when to solve something independently and when to escalate it.
- Build relationships that make clients want to work with Rebel & Soul again.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative and design from concept through delivery.
- Help stress-test ideas for feasibility, timing and budget without killing the magic.
- Brief designers, suppliers, fabricators and specialists clearly.
- Bring production thinking into the creative process early.
- Contribute ideas, references, suppliers and solutions rather than simply waiting for instructions.
- Work collaboratively across a small, international team.
- Support junior team members and freelancers where appropriate.
- Keep project documentation, budgets and files accurate and up to date.
- Share useful suppliers, learnings, ideas and better ways of working with the wider team.
- Take responsibility. If something sits with you, own it.
- Care about the details because details have a job to do.
You’ll have around 4–7 years’ experience producing live events, experiential campaigns or brand experiences, ideally within an agency environment.
More important than the exact number of years, you can demonstrate that you have personally taken responsibility for projects rather than simply assisted on them.
You should be:
- A confident, organised event producer with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and deadlines at once.
- Experienced in building and managing event budgets.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of margin as well as spend.
- Confident communicating directly with clients.
- Experienced in briefing and managing suppliers.
- Able to turn a creative idea into a practical production plan.
- Calm, resourceful and solutions-focused when things change.
- Comfortable working independently while knowing when to ask for support.
- Collaborative, positive and low ego.
- Curious about brands, culture, creativity and what makes an experience memorable.
- Happy working across different types and scales of projects.
- Willing and able to travel and work outside normal office hours when live events require it.
Experience producing premium, luxury, hospitality, incentive or international events would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential.
Knowledge of floorplans, technical production, fabrication or CAD/floor-planning software is a bonus rather than a requirement.
Open to FT or PT / contract applicants. Must be Singaporean, PR or hold an LOC.
Work will be a mix of office based with site visits and remote work. (Office is in Singapore CBD)
