Senior Events Producer | Global Social Agency | Central London (Hybrid)

Salary: £55K-£65K | Hybrid/London

Ready to produce events people can’t stop posting about?

CoCo Group is partnering with a global social agency that does things differently. Its creative, influencer-led campaigns and market intelligence turn brands into household names. Now it needs a Senior Events Producer to lead its most ambitious work, from luxury influencer retreats to large-scale, headline-grabbing activations.

The role

You’ll report to the Head of Events and own projects from first spark to final send-off, across the UK and around the world. You’ll shape the creative, wow the client, run the room on the night and mentor the team of Events Managers and Execs who help make it happen. These are experiences designed to be shared, so social is at the heart of every brief.

What You’ll Do

Own the planning and delivery of large-scale events and influencer activations, in the UK and globally

Lead creative concepting, pitch responses and client presentations for new business and repeat work

Be the day-to-day lead for key clients and build relationships that last

Manage budgets, timelines and critical paths, delivering on time and on budget

Oversee risk assessments, supplier sourcing and contract negotiations

Collaborate with the Creative, Talent and Social teams so every event works across channels

Lead and mentor junior team members

Be the on-site lead at live events, creating seamless delivery and exceptional guest experiences

Analyse event performance and share the insights and learnings with the wider business

What You’ll Bring

6+ years’ event management experience, ideally agency-side with exposure to influencer or brand-led activations

A strong track record of delivering high-quality, multi-faceted events globally

Confidence managing detailed budgets from planning through to reconciliation

A creative mind and a love of storytelling through experience

Exceptional project management skills and meticulous attention to detail

Leadership presence and excellent interpersonal skills

The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment

Flexibility for some evenings, weekends and international travel

A sharp understanding of social platforms and how events translate across them

This is a team that looks after its people as well as its clients. You’ll get generous holiday, with an extra day off to celebrate your birthday, plus a hybrid schedule that gives you a good mix of in-person collaboration and time working from home. Wellbeing and creativity are built into the week, from regular time to switch off with the team to a creative bursary and access to gyms, classes and wellness apps. There’s a real social side too, with regular team get-togethers and charity events that give you the chance to give back. The office is in central London with excellent rail links, so getting in is easy.
