Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level executive support to multiple senior leaders by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, inboxes, and daily priorities.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure key workflows, deadlines, follow-ups, and cross-functional initiatives remain on track.
• Utilize AI tools and workflow automation platforms to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance team efficiency.
• Build and maintain systems for task tracking, reporting, documentation, communication, and operational visibility.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, capture action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Act as a trusted point of contact between executives, internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and accountability.
• Handle sensitive information, competing priorities, and urgent requests with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in AI tools and workflow automation platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with task tracking and reporting software

Qualifications:

• +2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
