  • Manage confidential correspondence, including drafting emails, memos, and executive-level communications on behalf of the CIO and CPO.
  • Organize and maintain files and documents for executive-level events such as board meetings, leadership offsites, and town halls.
  • Anticipate CIO and CPO needs by identifying scheduling conflicts, operational issues, and priority considerations, and recommending solutions.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking for the executive office, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the CIO and CPO as requested to capture key discussion points, document action items, and coordinate follow-up activities.
  • Support the planning and execution of IT town halls, leadership offsites, and employee communications by managing schedules, logistics, materials, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at multitasking, managing competing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
