About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organized, proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to five members of its senior leadership team.

The primary focus of this position is complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, interview scheduling, and day-to-day executive administration. The right person will be comfortable balancing competing priorities across several executives and making independent scheduling decisions without requiring approval for every change.

This is not intended to be a project-management or departmental support role. The scope should remain focused on executive administrative support so that one strong EA can successfully support all five leaders.

Executives Supported
The role will support:
* Chief Sales Officer
* SVP, Brand Marketing
* SVP, Innovation & Digital
* SVP, Global Creative
* SVP, Finance & Operations

Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex, high-volume calendars across five senior executives.
* Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
* Proactively resolve calendar conflicts and competing priorities.
* Confidently move, cancel, or reprioritize meetings when business needs change.
* Coordinate meetings involving founders, senior leaders, external partners, candidates, and internal teams.
* Ensure calendar invitations contain accurate Zoom links, agendas, and relevant meeting information.
* Coordinate executive travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and schedule changes.
* Support interview scheduling and other time-sensitive executive meetings.
* Assist with expense reporting and routine executive administrative tasks.
* Maintain awareness across all five calendars in order to make informed prioritization decisions.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

What Success Looks Like
The successful EA will reduce the administrative burden on the leadership team by keeping calendars organized, anticipating scheduling conflicts, responding quickly to changing priorities, and making sound decisions independently.

The person should be able to balance support across all five executives without allowing the role to become disproportionately dedicated to any one leader.
