About the role

You'll be embedded with one founder as the person who runs the business day to day, so they can work on it instead of in it. Most of our founders are building more than one thing at once. They protect their time hard and measure success in leverage, not hours. They won't hand you a process. They'll hand you a problem, often a messy one, and trust you to come back with the answer, the plan, and then the thing running.

You'll work directly with the founder and, depending on the business, their team, contractors, agencies and vendors. You're placed with one founder, but you're never operating alone: the Atlas team trains you, reviews what you build, and is on hand when you're building something new.

What a typical week looks like

No two weeks are the same. One week a launch is going live. The next there's a customer escalation to own, a hire to make, or a system that has quietly stopped working. Most days you'll be in the founder's inbox and calendar, moving priorities forward, unblocking people, and spotting the recurring task that shouldn't be manual anymore.

What success looks like

• Day 1: something is already off the founder's plate

• Week 1: real hours are back on their calendar

• Day 30: the account has paid for itself in hard dollars saved

• Day 90: the founder is out of the day-to-day, and the operation runs whether or not they're in the room

Where this role leads

This is a high-ownership seat with a clear path to a raise as you prove your impact. You'll leave every quarter able to do more than you could before: designing AI workflows, running the numbers, and making the calls a 7- to 8-figure operator makes. Your scope grows as fast as you can show you can run more.

What you'll own

• Get inside the founder's calendar, inbox, tools and context fast enough to decide without asking

• Own outcomes from goal to done, and report progress without being chased

• Find manual or broken processes and fix them for good with systems and SOPs

• Build and run AI workflows and automations (Zapier, Make, n8n, ChatGPT, Claude) that replace repetitive work

• Coordinate team, contractors and vendors so nothing important slips

• Track the numbers that show the operation is working

You're right for this if you have

• 3+ years running operations as an Ops Manager, OBM, EA or a founder's right hand

• Built structure from scratch in a small, founder-led business

• Used AI to get real work done, and want to build with it (we train you)

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1), and a reliable remote setup

• Experience with US companies (a strong plus)

What happens after you apply

Our TA team reviews every application within 24 hours. If it's a match, you'll be invited to an AI interview (48 hours to complete), followed by a review by our team, a cultural and behavioral interview, a case study and a background check. You'll hear from us at every step.

AI looks at your answers, skills and experience, never your appearance, accent or background.
