The Senior Executive will support the Account Manager in coordinating Global Media O2O team projects and related client deliverables. The role involves working with Mercedes-Benz HQ stakeholders, local market teams and digital channel specialists to gather inputs, keep activities on track and identify useful opportunities or issues. It will also help bring together updates on digital capabilities, campaign plans, pilots and results so that learnings can be shared across the network.

Whilst a media focussed role, the integrated nature of TeamX requires thinking beyond just paid media, including implications and learnings from other specialisms e.g. website, CRM or content.

Responsibilities:

  • Support O2O project delivery by gathering inputs from digital channel teams, tracking timelines, following up on agreed actions and flagging risks or delays to the Account Manager.
  • Assist in preparing and coordinating local market presentations, bringing together materials on new digital capabilities, points of view and pilot opportunities.
  • Support regular catch-ups with local market teams. Document planned campaigns, capability limitations and testing opportunities, and raise relevant questions or issues with the Account Manager.
  • Maintain O2O project and testing trackers; collect pilot updates and results from local markets and help turn these into learnings that can be shared across the network.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across media, content, data and analytics to gather relevant inputs and support integrated project delivery.
  • Help prepare clear, accurate client and internal updates, meeting materials, action logs and status reports.
  • Support reviews of campaign and pilot performance by compiling available information, noting outcomes and highlighting follow-up questions for the Account Manager. • Keep project documentation, outputs and records accurate and up to date, following agreed team processes.

Skills and Capabilities:

  • Strong organisation, attention to detail and reliable follow-through on actions and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with confidence coordinating across teams and markets.
  • Comfortable using trackers, spreadsheets, presentations and shared project documentation; proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Numerate, with the ability to collect, check and summarize campaign and pilot information accurately.
  • An interest in digital channels, O2O activity, media and data-driven marketing; curiosity about new capabilities, trends and customer behaviour.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a positive attitude and the judgement to raise questions or issues promptly.
  • Able to manage several tasks at once, prioritize effectively and work with teams across different time zones.
  • Takes ownership of assigned tasks while working within guidance and escalating decisions beyond their remit.

Experience:

  • Numerate, with a careful and accurate approach to information and data.
  • Some experience supporting digital media, marketing, campaign coordination or project delivery; agency, client-side or relevant placement experience is useful.
  • Working knowledge of digital channels and an interest in data-driven marketing and O2O activity.
  • Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint to maintain trackers, organize inputs and prepare clear materials.
  • Able to communicate clearly, collaborate with others and manage actions to agreed deadlines.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience; early-career candidates with transferable coordination and analytical skills are encouraged
