Role Description
Support the organisation's mission and growth by developing and executing integrated marketing, communications, media, and digital engagement strategies that strengthen brand awareness, deepen stakeholder engagement, and amplify the impact of the organisation's programmes and services.
Leverage emerging technologies, including data analytics and digital platforms, to create compelling content, optimise communications performance, and enhance audience engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications & Brand Management
- Execute integrated marketing and communications plans that enhance the organisation's reputation, visibility, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and execute compelling narratives that communicate the organisation's mission, impact, programmes, and thought leadership.
- Support organisation-wide branding initiatives, campaigns, and strategic communications projects.
Publications & Corporate Communications
- Produce annual reports, newsletters, corporate publications, marketing collaterals, and publicity materials.
- Produce engaging multimedia content including articles, videos, graphics, and short-form digital content, for owned digital properties to increase awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate content development, design, approval processes, and production timelines.
Media & Public Relations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with media partners, journalists, influencers, community partners, and other stakeholders.
- Develop media pitches, press releases, talking points, Q&As, speeches, and leadership communications.
- Coordinate interviews, media briefings, press conferences, and publicity opportunities.
- Monitor media coverage, respond to public enquiries and feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance organisational visibility and reputation.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Develop, curate, and distribute high-quality marketing content for events, programmes, and initiatives across websites, social media platforms, email marketing channels, publications, and digital campaigns.
- Manage and optimise the organisation's website, ensuring content remains current, accessible, user-friendly, and discovery optimised.
- Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
- Manage campaign calendars, content plans, stakeholder communications, and marketing assets.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using digital analytics tools and generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve communications effectiveness.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, digital marketing, public relations, brand management, or related fields.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics, social media management, content management systems, email marketing platforms, and media relations.
- Proficiency in video editing, content creation, multimedia production, digital publication and publishing tools.
- Experience in the social service, non-profit, healthcare, education, public sector, or community sectors will be an advantage.

Language Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and/or other local languages will be advantageous.
