Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with community organisations, corporates, government agencies, associations and other key stakeholders to create mutually beneficial opportunities and strengthen market presence.

  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities by understanding community needs, market trends and partner objectives, translating these into relevant collaborations and initiatives.

  • Build and nurture strong partner relationships, acting as a key liaison to understand partner needs, facilitate collaboration and deliver a positive partner experience.

  • Manage partnerships across the end-to-end lifecycle, including opportunity development, proposals, negotiations, contracting, activation, performance tracking and relationship management.

  • Draft partnership propositions and commercial proposals, working with internal stakeholders across marketing, operations, product and events to deliver partnership and community engagement initiatives.

  • Develop and execute community engagement and partner activation initiatives to broaden audience reach, encourage participation and strengthen the company’s connection with local communities.

  • Monitor partnership performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimise partner engagement, commercial outcomes and overall partnership value.

  • Support GlobalTix vendor management and liaison, including coordinating system or operational issues, following up on resolutions, managing reports and ensuring timely communication between internal stakeholders, GlobalTix and relevant partners.

  • Maintain accurate partnership and business development records, reports and databases, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective tracking of partner activities and opportunities.

  • Represent the company in external stakeholder engagements and support events, activations and ad-hoc projects that contribute to business growth, community engagement and strategic partnership development

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Events, Business Administration/Management, Sales & Marketing or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, stakeholder management, community engagement, events or a related field.

  • Experience in developing and managing relationships with corporates, community organisations, government agencies, associations or other external stakeholders will be an advantage.

  • Strong ability to build and maintain a network of business and community contacts and develop relationships into meaningful partnerships.

  • Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop partnership propositions and negotiate mutually beneficial arrangements.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels and organisations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Strategic and critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities, risks and potential roadblocks proactively.

  • Proactive, collaborative and adaptable team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and managing projects from development through to execution.

  • Willingness to support partner activations, events and engagements outside of regular working hours, including weekends and public holidays where required.
