Senior Executive - MIS

Responsible for getting the requirements fulfilled within stipulated deadline
Perform Revenue forecasting, Budgeting, Sales reporting and operational metrics tracking/analysis

· Preparing Reporting on financial performance and preparation for regular leadership

· Analyze past results, perform variance analysis; identify trends, and make

recommendations for improvements.

· Work closely with the Sales, Operations, HRSS and accounting team to ensure accurate

financial, Sales reporting and decision support.

· Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and

forecasts.

· Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.

· Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.

· Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses;

study proposed changes in methods and materials.

· Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-

hoc reports, tools and Excel dashboards

· Increases productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.

· Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.

· Generate and distribute management reports (in Excel and Power Point) in accurate and timely manner. · Develop MIS documentation & SOPs etc. to allow smooth operations and easy system maintenance. · Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency. · Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication. · Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team. · Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness. · Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.

· Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Power point · VBA/Excel Macros (though not mandatory but good to have Basic knowledge of coding) · Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions · Strong quantitative, analytical and data gathering competency. · Problem solving skills.

· Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream

Work Experience Requirements

· 5+ years of experience, most of which should be in BPO environment.

· 3+ years of MIS experience in BPO environment

· Should have hands-on experience of MIS profile in current and previous organizations
