Intercompany Administrator

Goal of the Role:

Assist in processing requests from different TVH affiliates in order to ensure a smooth flow of information and goods between TVH warehouses. Inform relevant stakeholders on the status and ensure punctual, accurate information is added to the ERP system.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Client & Customer Management
Following up on, and administratively processing requests from affiliates to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of goods between TVH warehouses (e.g., orders, quotes, backorders), in order to meet the expectations of the affiliate and their end customer."

Data Management
Ensure punctual and accurate information is added to the ERP system, allowing stakeholders and internal customers to utilize this data effectively in downstream processes.

Inventory management (Fast moving items)
Actively monitor and follow up on the inventory levels of fast-moving items.

Stakeholder Management and Support
Acting as the liasion between the affiliatle the company's various internal departments

Qualifications:

Fluent in English.
