Your tasks

Als Senior Expert Treasury Processes & Digitalization (m/w/d) gestaltest Du die Treasury-Prozesslandschaft der Holding ganzheitlich, standardisierst Abläufe über alle Einheiten hinweg und treibst die Entwicklung einer effizienten, skalierbaren sowie digital integrierten Treasury-Organisation weiter. Folgende spannende Aufgaben warten dabei auf Dich:

• Prozessdesign: Du nimmst bestehende Treasury-Prozesse auf, analysierst sie und gestaltest sie als durchgängige End-to-End-Prozesse für die Bereiche Cash, Financing und Reporting neu

• Standardisierung: Du definierst und implementierst globale Treasury-Standardprozesse, reduzierst Prozessvarianten und verringerst dadurch Komplexität über alle Einheiten hinweg

• Digitalisierung: Du entwickelst die Digitalisierungsroadmap für Treasury weiter, identifizierst Automatisierungspotenziale und setzt Lösungen zur Reduktion manueller Tätigkeiten um

• Systemintegration: Du stellst das Zusammenspiel von Treasury-Management-Systemen, ERP-Systemen, Banken, Payment Hubs sowie Reporting- und BI-Lösungen sicher und entwickelst konsistente Datenflüsse weiter

• Governance: Du definierst Prozess-KPIs, Service Levels und Qualitätsstandards, überwachst die Prozessperformance und leitest kontinuierliche Verbesserungen ab

• Transformation: Du leitest Treasury-Transformationsprojekte, steuerst externe Implementierungspartner und stimmst Dich eng mit IT, Accounting, Controlling und den operativen Einheiten ab

Your profile

• Du hast Dein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren relevanten Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen

• Neben mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Treasury bringst Du Erfahrung in Finance-Transformationen sowie in Prozess- oder Systemprojekten mit

• Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Einführung von Treasury-Management-Systemen und Payment-Lösungen sowie in der Umsetzung von Prozessdesigns, Standardisierungen und Digitalisierungsinitiativen

• Dein tiefgehendes Verständnis von Treasury-Prozessen, Systemlandschaften, Datenflüssen, Automatisierung und Systemintegration wird durch zusätzliche Qualifikationen wie eine CFA- oder Treasury-Zertifizierung ergänzt

• Du überzeugst durch hohe Umsetzungs- und Transformationsstärke, strukturierst komplexe Organisationen, leitest aus operativen Themen nachhaltige Verbesserungen ab und triffst auch im Tagesgeschäft sicher Entscheidungen

• Deine Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke, Deine Durchsetzungsfähigkeit gegenüber dezentralen Einheiten sowie Deine Hands-on-Mentalität runden Dein Profil ab; außerdem verfügst Du über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
