We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer specialized in Women's Wear to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and commercially viable women's wear collections.
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, silhouettes, and market trends.
• Create mood boards, concept boards, color palettes, and collection themes.
• Produce accurate flat sketches and technical drawings.
• Develop designs from concept through sampling and final production.
• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, embellishments, and finishes.
• Work closely with pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams.
• Attend fittings and provide feedback on fit, construction, and finishing.
• Prepare tech packs, specifications, and detailed design sheets.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards and production timelines.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Fashion Design, preferably Women's Wear.
• Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing women's wear collections.
• Excellent flat sketching and technical drawing skills.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, patterns, fitting, and production.
• Good understanding of fashion trends, color theory, silhouettes, and proportions.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple designs and meet deadlines.

Required Tools & Skills

• Adobe Illustrator – flat sketches & technical drawings
• Adobe Photoshop – mood boards, prints & colorways
• Knowledge of Tech Packs, pattern making, draping, garment construction, fabric selection, and sample development.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and women's wear categories.
