【Current Challenges】

The company's new business focuses on driving the implementation of an AI foundation built on a proprietary domestic LLM and high-precision Agentic RAG for major enterprise clients, including leaders in the manufacturing sector.

While the business provides a standardized platform, it is designed for heavy customization based on each client's unique operational requirements and existing technical environments. We are currently experiencing a surge in projects that span the entire lifecycle—from PoC (Proof of Concept) to full production deployment, RAG optimization, and the construction of specialized AI agents.

This role requires sophisticated technical judgment to balance product scalability with the complex, site-specific constraints of enterprise environments. There is an urgent need to strengthen our structure to lead projects seamlessly from the initial proposal to live operation. To achieve this, the company is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as a core driver of this initiative.

【Your Role】

・Mission-driven to solve client business challenges and lead DX strategies in the AI era from a technical standpoint, leveraging the professional business AI implementation platform centered on the company's core strengths: "Domestic LLM" and "High-precision RAG."

・Participate from the project proposal phase to lead end-to-end technical feasibility assessments, architectural framework design, medium-to-long-term roadmap formulation, technical consulting, and technical project management.

・Define technical requirements and rapidly structure complex business domains by collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including consulting members and development teams. Act as the final decision-maker for technology selection while overseeing and optimizing internal engineering resources. Lead the project to completion by remaining hands-on with high-difficulty core implementations.

■Responsibilities

・Technical support and consulting for new client proposals.

・Determining technical validity and formulating roadmaps for project proposals, PoCs, and contract-based projects.

・Assessing feasibility against client technical/system requirements (including go/no-go decisions for contracts and necessary man-hour estimations).

・Deconstructing project technical requirements and defining the appropriate engineers for each task.

・Leading and supporting projects from a technical standpoint (acting as a Technical Project Manager).

・Clarifying system constraints and conditions through the analysis and interpretation of architecture diagrams.

・Providing end-to-end support, encompassing business understanding, requirements definition, implementation, operation, and feedback for product improvement.

・Leading Real-World AI Implementation: You will lead the technical design required to move Generative AI beyond the PoC stage and establish it as stable business infrastructure in enterprise environments. This is a high-difficulty position where you take responsibility for architectural design and implementation in a field with few precedents.

・High-Impact Decision Making: You will dive directly into the complex business foundations of major Japanese manufacturers and other industry leaders to lead technical decision-making. Your judgment will directly impact corporate activities, granting you a high level of influence.

・Product Evolution: Your work is not limited to individual projects; you will abstract the insights gained from the field and reflect them in the evolution of the SAT platform. This position allows you to influence the technical philosophy and direction of the product, moving beyond simple delivery.

・A Rare Professional Hybrid: You will serve as a core driver for the societal implementation of Generative AI, spanning everything from proposals and design to implementation and operations. This is a rare position in Japan that demands a high-level mastery of both upstream strategy and hands-on execution.

*Meet all of the following

・Experience in system development or technical project management within an SI firm or outsourced development project

・Knowledge and practical experience with generative AI (e.g., RAG)

・Deep system knowledge sufficient to assess the feasibility and practicality of solutions for new technical challenges

・Ability to understand system constraints and requirements, and interpret architectural diagrams

・Integrated consulting and engineering skills to work closely with clients on-site and use technology to solve business challenges

【Preferred】

・Practical experience as a solutions architect (including expertise in infrastructure)

・Experience with generative AI (particularly RAG) projects

・Ability to break down technical requirements and identify appropriate engineering resources

・Project experience at a startup
