Senior Finance Analyst

Our client is a global financial services organization seeking an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to support financial planning, cost management, and strategic decision-making across its technology operations.

This role involves partnering with senior stakeholders to monitor financial performance, manage budgets, analyze expenditure, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.


Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a finance business partner to technology and corporate operations teams.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze actual expenditure against forecasts.
• Conduct financial performance reviews with key business stakeholders.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve resource allocation and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with technology leadership to support strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in corporate finance or financial management.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Exposure to Technology Finance is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Apptio or similar technology cost management and financial planning tools is advantageous.
